Senior hire joins expanding North America team following recent client wins as M+C Saatchi Performance continues investment in the U.S. market.

NEW YORK, NY – M+C Saatchi Performance has appointed Sydney Geller as Senior Planning Director, strengthening its senior North America team with new hires as the agency continues to expand following a period of sustained growth in the U.S.

Based in New York, Geller joins M+C Saatchi Performance from senior media planning and strategy roles at WPP and Publicis, bringing a wealth of previous experience across sectors such as consumer packaged goods, healthcare and technology brands. In previous roles Geller worked across brands such as Mars, Novartis and Dell Technologies.

Her appointment comes as M+C Saatchi Performance continues to invest in the North American market, with multiple new hires joining the team. The expansion reflects increasing demand from brands seeking partners that can connect omnichannel brand building and performance through integrated digital media strategies.

Geller will work across both existing client relationships and new business opportunities, helping brands navigate an increasingly fragmented media landscape through audience-led planning, insight-driven strategy and full-funnel media solutions.

Her experience spans everything from Super Bowl campaigns for global consumer brands to healthcare launches and highly targeted B2B programs. Throughout her career, Geller has built a reputation for combining rigorous audience planning with strategic media thinking, helping brands identify not only who they need to reach, but how, where and when to connect with consumers most effectively.

As brands face increasing pressure to deliver measurable outcomes while building long-term brand value, M+C Saatchi Performance believes audience understanding combined with deep performance media knowledge remains one of the most powerful advantages marketers can have.

“What attracted me to M+C Saatchi Performance was its people and the way the agency thinks about growth. There is a real belief that the best work happens when data, strategy and human understanding come together. That’s increasingly important as media becomes more fragmented and consumer journeys become more complex.”

Sydney Geller, Senior Planning Director, M+C Saatchi Performance

“Sydney’s appointment is another important step in our growth journey across North America. Beyond her outstanding experience developing audience-led media strategies for some of the world’s leading brands, Sydney brings an energy, curiosity and collaborative approach that makes her a natural fit for our culture. We’re thrilled to have her join the team as part of our continued expansion and ongoing commitment to investing in exceptional talent for our clients.”

Jim Hamilton, MD N America, M+C Saatchi Performance

“We’re continuing to invest in exceptional talent across our global business. The industry has changed dramatically since we launched 20 years ago, but our belief in combining great people, intelligent technology and effective media has remained constant.”

Kabeer Chaudhary, Global CEO, M+C Saatchi Performance

Beyond her professional career, Geller is also the co-founder of Do It Like Dylan, a nonprofit organization established in memory of her late brother. The organization advocates for epilepsy research, legislative change and special education initiatives, continuing a mission rooted in inclusion, kindness and positive impact.

The appointment follows a period of continued momentum for M+C Saatchi Performance in North America as brands increasingly seek independent agency partners that can deliver agile strategic brand development and accountable performance outcomes.
