What we are looking for?

We are looking for a Senior Media Executive for our fast-growing team in Jakarta who will be responsible for planning and execution of performance campaigns on digital media for multiple clients. Prior experience of working with mobile media is a must.

What you will be responsible for

  • Support the Media Planner & Buyer with reporting and planning of mobile and digital campaigns
  • Help manage and execute a campaign throughout the campaign lifecycle including setting up, creative management, pacing and delivery

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

The Finance Operations Executive is responsible for driving reconciliation operations in the APAC region spanning six offices across 5 countries. The objective of this role is to ensure that reconciliation efforts across M&C Saatchi Performance APAC is accomplished accurately and on a timely basis. Working closely with the Finance Executive, the reconciliations team, Finance teams (AP & AR) and media teams this role would ensure billings across the accounts are met as per the client and supplier’s timeline.

WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR?

• Work closely with the reconciliations team to ensure accuracy and timely billing of all items.

• Organize and keep track of invoices across partners monthly

• Working with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that any discrepancies are resolved on a timely basis.

• Working closely with Accounts Payable team to ensure that media vendor invoices are correctly taken up and adjusted.

• Provide monthly spends across the accounts to different stakeholders in the business

• Perform other Adhoc duties as needed.

WHAT ARE THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE ROLE?

• Minimum 1-2 years of relevant work experience

• Have a good understanding of digital channels (social, programmatic, search, mobile etc.)

• An exceptional eye for detail when ensuring reconciliations are updated accurately.

Description

The IT Automation Engineer’s focus is on the automation/scripting/integration of systems as driven by business requirements. There is a significant focus on project work and proactively developing solutions to streamline the customer experience.

Responsibilities:

• Liaising with stakeholders to help them understand what is achievable/possible

• Understanding and implementing full lifecycle management
