Junior Manager, Search and Social

We are looking for a Junior Manager on our Search and Social team who can handle multiple clients and projects and is able to suggest growth/improvement areas. In addition to this, you should have a keen eye for detail and be able to train junior members of the team.

 

What will you be responsible for?

  • Lead campaigns across social platforms (Facebook, Snapchat, Instagram, etc.) and Search (Google Ads, Apple Search, etc.).
  • Build and update optimisation reports and recommend opportunities to improve campaigns which drive growth.
  • Build a testing framework.
  • Deliver results in line with client objectives and KPIs (customer acquisition & ROI).
  • Analyse data to spot key trends and report them to key stakeholders.
  • Monitor data sources for new trends and business opportunities.
  • Tracking knowledge across web (pixels, GTM etc.) and app (MMPs)

 

What are the requirements of the role?

  • Able to manage budgets in excess of £150k a quarter for one client. Intermediate/advanced Excel skills.
  • A love for data and an ability to analyse a vast amount of data with exceptional attention to detail.
  • You can think outside of the box to offer solutions to clients.

Senior Manager, Planning

What are we looking for?

M&C Saatchi Performance is currently looking to fill a Senior Account Manager in the planning team. You would be responsible for a suite of clients across a range of verticals including; news, entertainment, travel and B2B. Ideally the candidate would have experience working in a digital agency focused on performance marketing. The candidate would be joining the leading full-service digital marketing agency.

 

As a Senior Manager on the Planning team, you will work closely with the Director of the Planning team and Senior Director to help lead the planning and growth strategy across our clients.

 

What will you be responsible for?

  • Own the client relationship and be the main daily point of contact, working to ensure client satisfaction and assist with account growth and retention.
  • To foresee client issues before they happen and deliver business solutions.
  • Working closely with the wider team (buying, search and social, programmatic, creative, etc..) and clients to help form overall strategy and planning of campaigns.
  • Deliver annual planning and forecasting for client roster.
  • Management and interpretation of clients’ performance data to build out potential impact for client.
  • Consistently looking at the long-term strategy and suggesting growth areas, including Identifying internal processes to improve the agency and the service provided for clients.
  • Demonstrating commerciality by constantly looking to drive incremental work outside of day-to-day revenue.
  • Own the overall management of account(s), including leading media partner discussions, technology and finance. You will also help develop the careers of junior team members.

What are the requirements of the role?

  • Ideally 4-5 years’ experience in digital media with Account Manager experience
  • In depth knowledge of digital media (channel planning & buying)
  • Experience using digital measurement platforms and MMPs preferrable.
  • Knowledge of industry advancements in technology
  • Experience in digital performance media, driving against performance KPIs.
  • Understanding of how digital strategy is devised and executed.

Operations & HR Executive

Objectives

The Operations & HR Executive will work closely with the regional HR manager and  the country management team and assist them in developing, planning and putting into action projects and ideas that help in creating a great overall working environment for employees in the organization.

 

What will you be responsible for?

  • Be the go to person for anything related to HR and Operations in your market.
  • Have a trustworthy relationship with employees and be someone they can confide in.
  • Assist with recruitment process, managing job postings as well as liasing with external recruiters.
  • Have a good understanding of the labour laws in the country and make sure we Implement and monitor all HR policies and procedures.
  • Managing relationships with external vendors (building management, cleaning services, security)
  • Looking after the billing and invoicing of monthly rental and/or any other related billing
  • Coordinate and plan team events, or outings, as well as client meetings, and any other events
