What are we looking for?

We are looking for an experienced Programmatic candidate who has previously worked in client servicing and or project/account management in the digital media space. This person will be responsible for making sure FYND’s clients (the agency account teams) get the best service and information relating to their account being managed by FYND programmatic trading team. This role is to support FYND Media’s growth objective and will ensure our clients receive the best service and information to continue trusting us for their programmatic investment and to meet their business objectives. The successful candidate will have experience managing multiple global accounts and effectively communicating with various account teams with enthusiasm and data led reasoning. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exemplary service and expertise within the programmatic and digital media space by providing thorough campaign insights and campaign outcome-based results to help upsell potential opportunities. 

What will you be responsible for?

  • Delivering a world class service – the agency account and planning teams are the primary FYND clients, so you will communicate effectively with agency colleagues providing actionable campaign insights and constantly improving account growth
  • Working with FYND campaign managers and traders to gather relevant reports/data to produce weekly campaign insights that are digestible and informative.
  • Providing input for monthly and/or quarterly business review of the account, as well as ad hoc requests such as PCA documents.
  • Acting as the main point of contact for account team queries and/or new potential campaign briefs as well as any other troubleshooting. You will lead the conversation and assist account planners to consider internal programmatic offering compared to other external solutions being put forward and act as the expert to push our internal programmatic solutions by having constructive data led discussions.
  • Conducting regular meetings with relevant stakeholders within the agency and account teams to review account and growth opportunity and suggesting solutions.
  • Having thorough working knowledge of programmatic technologies (DSP, adservers, MMPs, Data, SSPs) and channels (Display, Mobile, Video, CTV, DOOH, Audio) and how each moving part fits in the digital ecosystem to have strategic conversations and suggest capabilities during account reviews.
  • Explaining difficult technical and data led analysis in a story driven discussion to educate and upsell ideas. You will take constructive account team feedback and other external partner information to FYND colleagues to help improve service and offerings.
  • Understanding each client’s campaign objectives and help educate account teams on the FYND Media ongoing internal services and demonstrating success stories from our global client campaigns.
  • Contributing to new business pitches by coordinating and gathering relevant data to build programmatic sales deck to demonstrate FYND Media’s capabilities.
  • Working with marketing and new business teams to create sales material such as case studies.

What are the requirements of the role?

  • Solid experience of 3+ years in the field of Programmatic and or agency client servicing role.
  • A proactive, self-starter individual who can use their own initiative to spot and leverage opportunities via innovation and forward-thinking and are comfortable working with multiple stakeholders.
  • Application of industry & technical knowledge of internet functionality, the online advertising industry, trends, technologies, and pricing models.
  • Strong programmatic knowledge to discuss programmatic solutions. A deep understanding of our competitor’s programmatic solutions to be able to convey our USPs versus theirs to planning teams.
  • Experience working with programmatic planning across Display, Video, Mobile CTV, Audio, DOOH a plus
  • Experience working towards measurable direct-response metrics is a plus
  • Understanding of branding strategy, measurement and application is a plus
  • Hands on or working knowledge of key programmatic DSPs (DV360, Trade Desk), Ad servers, Mobile Measurement tools would be beneficial.

  • Develop compelling brand and performance campaign solutions including consumer and category insights, strategy, channel recommendation

Search & Social Supervisor – US

This role sits within the Search & Social team to help develop and manage strategic performance campaigns for key clients, supporting a team of specialists.

The Search & Social team interfaces with various teams within the agency and often with clients directly. By staying ahead of the curve with platforms’ ever-changing offerings and best practices, having an in-depth knowledge of clients’ business challenges, and adopting a rigorous test-and-learn mentality, the Search & Social team is responsible for delivering best-in-class campaigns and results for our clients.

We are looking for a supervisor with a strong paid social media background who can manage multiple accounts and projects, can set, and deliver on a strategic vision for the team, and is able to be a key advisor for clients, internal teams, and external partners. You should have a keen eye for detail and be able to mentor and train junior members of the team. The ideal candidate will help elevate the agency’s Paid Social practice with a breadth of social media experience across different verticals/channels and be willing to expand their knowledge into Paid Search.

Responsibilities

  • Become the day-to-day lead across a pod of accounts
  • Managing the full life cycle of campaigns (strategy, in-platform setup, optimization, reporting, next steps) with the support of junior team members
  • Setting and frequently adapting optimization approaches as needed, based on campaign performance
  • Analyzing data to inform next steps and raise these to the appropriate teams (Account Management, Creative, etc.)
  • Establishing trust with clients and internal teams
  • Uncovering audience insights using available tools and resources

What are the requirements of the role?

  • Ideally 4-5 years of paid social management with hands-on-keyboard experience across the campaign lifecycle (account setup and structure, creative and copy ideation, bid optimization/testing, KPI performance analysis, etc.) in a client-facing or in-house role
  • Additionally, experience across multiple business models (e-comm, subscription, etc.) and with Apple Search are preferred
  • Understanding of digital strategy and the role Search & Social channels play among other channels, including Display, Connected TV, etc.
  • Proven team management skills, particularly with mentoring junior members and progressing their careers
  • Strong communication (written and verbal), client-facing, and presentation skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage workload autonomously when needed
