WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for curious individuals who are keen to develop their knowledge across Search and Social advertising, who thrive in a fast-paced environment and can be both analytical and creative.

WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR

  • Support the Social & Search Planner with planning of paid digital campaigns.
  • Help manage and execute campaigns throughout campaign life cycle including set up, creative management, pacing and delivery.
  • Set up campaigns across Social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok etc.) and Search (Google Ads, Apple Search, etc.).
  • Provide meaningful insights and analysis and recommend opportunities to improve campaigns.
  • Deliver results in line with client objectives and KPIs.
  • Analyse data to spot key trends and report them to key stakeholders.

WHAT ARE THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE ROLE

  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience managing Paid Search & Social campaigns.
  • Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
  • Intermediate/advanced knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel (pivot tables).
  • A love for data and an ability to analyse a vast amount of data with exceptional attention to detail.
  • You can think outside of the box to offer solutions to clients.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a cohesive team to achieve and deliver in excess of targets.

Hands-on experience in digital media production means you can concept, design, produce and put the finishing touches on any story. The Role

  • Produce design for a variety of uses and find the sweet spot that lives at the intersection of quality creative and resourcefulness.
  • Work alongside an Art director and a team of designers & copywriter to create and conceptualise designs for creative campaigns, social media, and marketing briefs.
  • Creating and/or overlooking and reviewing the production assets that come in from the external/internal production team.
  • Develop thoughtful creative work that delivers on the overall strategy within the required turnaround times.

 

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of experience with creating designs, concepts, and sample layouts based on knowledge of layout principles and aesthetic design concepts. (Great if you have a prior advertising/digital/social media agency background)
  • Good knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator is a must. After Effects would be a great add-on (or you should be willing to learn).
  • Ability to be collaborative and flexible in working with diverse teams and with shifting priorities.
  • Experience working with Copywriters, Social Media Strategists and Account Managers.

What are we looking for?

We are looking for a Media Planner for our team in Jakarta who will be responsible for the strategy and planning of performance campaigns across digital media for our clients. Prior experience of working on biddable platforms like Facebook and Google is a must.

 

 

What you will be responsible for:

Digital Campaign Management

  • Independently plan media strategies to achieve client’s performance marketing goals using search, paid social, programmatic, and other media channels.
  • Own end to end client relationship and communications for all daily/weekly and monthly activities with the support of the account manager.
  • Work collaboratively with all internal teams to successfully deliver digital media campaigns – teams include Search and Social, Programmatic, Reporting, Trading & Strategy.
  • Manage relationships with local suppliers: ad networks and publishers to negotiate rates and oversee campaign delivery and results
  • Own and manage the full reconciliation process at month-end.
  • Oversee campaign optimisation strategies and work with digital teams to continually improve campaign performance
  • Support core teams to develop reports that generate insights & opportunities to drive efficient ROI in line with the client objectives and KPIs.
  • Support Managers on the the creation and delivery of key presentations for the clients (monthly/quarterly).
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the best practices, strategies, offerings in digital media landscape in the market they are managing.

 

Team Management

  • Support Account managers to train and help structure the development of junior members of the team.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize own and subordinate’s workload to ensure the smooth running of the accounts.

  • Ideally 3-4 years experience of client servicing and relationship management (agency experience preferred)

What you will be responsible for

  • Working collaboratively with internal teams to successfully deliver digital media campaigns – teams include Search and Social, Programmatic, Reporting, Trading& Strategy
  • Own the client relationship, acting as the daily point of contact and growing the account
  • Manage a mediateam consisting of planner/buyers and media executives and managing their workload
  • Own the account(s), including leading media partner discussions, tracking, and internal documentation such as financial entries and billing
