Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage campaigns across Social platforms (Facebook, Snapchat, Instagram, etc.) and Search (Google Ads, Apple Search, etc.)
  • Deliver results in line with client objectives and KPIs
  • Plan and propose media channels and campaign types to achieve objectives

What are we looking for?

We are looking for a talented individual to join our Global Marketing & New Business Development team to grow the agency’s revenue. You will be responsible for supporting regional Marketing and New Business teams in ensuring that our CRM database (HubSpot) is accurate, best practice is maintained and data is enriched in a timely manner.

HubSpot experience is essential, as is a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. This role requires a flexible, can-do attitude to work with three regional New Business and a Global Sales team to ensure their CRM needs are met.

What will you be responsible for?

Ensuring all data is accurate and up to date, e.g. company and contact records are updated regularly. Other regular HubSpot tasks include but are not limited to:

o Bounces investigated and updated

o Non-business email addresses are reviewed and deleted where necessary

o Enriching data that is missing

o Working with the New Business teams to find new potential leads

o Importing data into HubSpot

o Managing duplicates

o Managing unassigned companies & contacts

o Assessing contacts/companies are appropriate for the M&C Saatchi Performance Lifecycle and ensuring records reflect this

· Ensuring CRM lists are up to date e.g. for newsletter sends

What are the requirements of the role?

Search and Social Executive – IN

What will you be responsible for:

You will be responsible for all aspects of supporting paid search & social campaigns, including, but not limited to, keyword/audience creation, campaign setup and implementation, on-going optimization, and reporting. This person will begin focusing on Paid Search efforts with the ability to learn Paid Social platforms through working within the Biddable team and reporting into the Senior Biddable Planner.

· Own keyword ideation and in-platform setup of Paid Search campaigns

· Co-manage audience creation and setup of Paid Social campaigns

· Proactively research and contribute to the account betterment

· Provide recommendations and execute strategies for Campaign Structuring, Targeting, Creatives, Betas and other facets of paid search and Social in accordance with client goals

· Generate weekly and monthly client reporting for all major metrics, goals tracking, revenue tracking, and other paid search initiatives.

· Optimize copy and landing pages for paid search engine marketing campaigns

· Perform ongoing paid keyword discovery, expansion and optimization

· Research and analyze competitor advertising links

· Align with Account teams to fully understand client needs

· Work with the Creative team to provide input on ad copy and visuals, keeping in mind Paid Search and Social best practices across the various platforms

What are the requirements of the role?

· Minimum of 2 – 4 years’ experience in Paid Search and/or Social management, with media agency and Search experience preferred

· At least 1 year managing direct response-oriented digital campaigns and meeting client objectives; AdWords certification is a bonus

· Experience with Paid Search campaigns driving App Installs (e.g. UAC, Apple Search) is a bonus but not required

· Strong Excel skills including knowledge of formulas, pivot tables, and lookup tables

Digital Campaign Management

  • Responsible for delivering innovative brand/performance campaign solutions taking into account consumer and category insights & strategy.
  • Working knowledge of digital platforms (e.g. Search, Social & Programmatic).
  • Collaborate with media owners, agency partners and internal specialist teams to ensure all deliverables are met/launched on time.

Responsibilities

  • Grow paid search activity for all APAC clients
  • Implementation of SEM strategy across APAC clients
  • Work on campaign setups, manage campaign expenses and budget, and overall pacing
  • Perform regular Keyword discovery, expansion, optimisation
  • Optimise copy and landing pages to ensure great campaign health
  • Overall, ensure SEM best practices are in place
  • Campaign monitoring and optimization is done on a regular cadence and ensure that campaigns are working towards defined KPIs set by client
  • Deliver weekly reports and post campaign reports that include insightful learnings and actionable next steps
  • Engage with internal team on a regular cadence on search performance, areas of improvements and recommendations
  • Support Planner/Snr Planner with day-to-day tasks and ensure campaigns are set up and run as planned

Requirements

  • 1+ years’ experience in Paid Search Marketing within an agency with knowledge of:
  • Google SEM

  • Google Ads Editor
  • Google Shopping (bonus)

  • Knowledge of reporting tools; experience with MS Office a must, any experience with data visualization platforms such as Datorama a plus
