We are looking for a bright, creative mind – someone with a love for creating cut-through marketing designs with a positive, proactive attitude and a willingness to learn and develop. This role is remote, reporting to the Senior PR & Marketing Manager, and will work closely with regional marketing leads across our offices in the US, EMEA and APAC.

The best candidate will be a motivated, enthusiastic individual who understands the digital media landscape and is excited about the prospect of driving brand awareness for a leading global digital media agency. You will be comfortable creating marketing design assets across multiple channels – Digital (social & website), Print, Awards, Video content for sales, awards, case studies; Events, Presentations & Documents.

WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR

  • Help with the creation of consistent, bold, highly engaging design assets for our agency brand, in line with our brand guidelines, including case studies, social media content, video development and execution, sales and awards, presentations, creds decks, website posts, print collateral for internal and external use, award entries, campaign design, and event material.
  • Act as a guardian for our brand; a go-to resource to turn to in using our branded assets (colours, fonts, logos, layouts) in client presentations and pitch decks.
  • Provide creative support on the production of industry reports.
  • Produce in-house photography and video projects (equipment provided) – from developing storyboards and structures, to recording/producing, and editing.
  • Global creative support for regional marketing leads; liasing with colleagues across our regions to support them as they deliver our brand to potential clients and partners.

WHAT ARE THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE ROLE

  • Strong knowledge of both static design and skills in motion design including editing, animation and graphics for video.
  • High level of skill in the Adobe Creative Suite mainly Photoshop / Illustrator / AfterEffects.
  • Knowledge of Adobe Animate. Experience with HTML5 (preferred).
  • Experience at a media agency (preferred).
  • Ability to work autonomously and integrate yourself in a fast-paced agency.
  • Proven creative passion and skills.
  • Proven experience working with a broad mix of marketing formats.
  • Strong research and organisational skills; proactive, professional and positive approach
  • Outstanding attention to detail, mature, self-sufficient, and able to interact with senior stakeholders.

What you will be responsible for:

Digital Campaign Management :

  • Independently plan media strategies to achieve client’s performance marketing goals using search, paid social, programmatic, and other media channels.
  • Own end to end client relationship and communications for all daily/weekly and monthly activities with the support of the account manager.
  • Work collaboratively with all internal teams to successfully deliver digital media campaigns – teams include Search and Social, Programmatic, Reporting, Trading & Strategy.
  • Manage relationships with local suppliers: ad networks and publishers to negotiate rates and oversee campaign delivery and results
  • Own and manage the full reconciliation process at month-end.

Team Management :

  • Support Account managers to train and help structure the development of junior members of the team.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize own and subordinate’s workload to ensure the smooth running of the accounts.

What are the requirements of the role?

  • Ideally 2-4 years experience of client servicing and relationship management (agency experience preferred)
  • At least 1+ years of hands-on experience managing Paid Social, Programmatic or Search (Facebook, Google Ads etc.)
  • Team player personality – responsible, accountable, and collaborative.
  • Can-do attitude – keen to learn new skills, pro-active, and takes ownership over tasks.
