We were highly commended by the judges of The Drum at this year’s The Drum Digital Advertising Awards APAC on the back of two campaigns run for our client Grab, the leading superapp in Southeast Asia.
BEST HIGH IMPACT CAMPAIGN
This title went to Grab’s Bersatu campaign run in Indonesia. Grab wanted to collect covid frontline donations at scale. The campaign successfully achieved what thousands of other crowdfunding donation drives did not – massive scale in a very short time. This was super-simple technology (a promo code!) bringing together people for a higher purpose and breaking all donation records in the process.
MOST EFFECTIVE USE OF DATA
This award was recognized to the Millions of Firsts, Millions of new Beginnings campaign which managed to turn Grab’s CSR reports into the most shared reports of the year. Thanks to the initiative and the campaign, millions of Grab users had a newfound appreciation that their everyday orders could create a real difference in millions of lives of drivers and small business orders.
