We are delighted to announce that we have been shortlisted in three categories at this year’s UK Agency Awards. The nominations are for Best Agency Culture, the ‘Rising Star’ category for Senior Manager of Buying, Micarla Joseph, and Media Agency of the Year 2019.
The UK Agency Awards reward creative, design, digital, marketing, advertising, media and public relations agencies that are based in the UK. Celebrating exceptional agencies, campaigns, and talent, the 2019 judging panel features leading in-house professionals from some of the UK’s biggest and best brands.
These nominations represent the evolution of our business over the past 12 months. In late 2018, we changed our name to M&C Saatchi Performance to more accurately reflect the direction of our agency, the clients we work for, and the work we do. We believe there is a more human approach to digital marketing. While our business has evolved, we have never faulted on our delivery or service for our clients. The trust and loyalty we have inspired amongst our clients is indicative of our dedication to bespoke solutions – we create effective, measurable, live, evolving marketing strategies direct to specific audiences. As we have grown, our culture has strengthened – we are ambitious and determined for ourselves and for our clients but we have remained caring and open. Micarla Joseph, shortlisted in the Rising Star category, embodies our people-oriented culture. Micarla joined M&C Saatchi Performance six years ago as an apprentice and now leads our buying team as Senior Manager of Buying. Managing a team of 9, across 14 accounts, in 20 markets, Micarla has made outstanding achievements at the age of just 24. Working across world-leading brands, she has become an expert in her field, with a specialisation in fraud prevention.
