M&C Saatchi Performance, the mobile marketing arm of the advertising giant, has announced that its expansion into the South African market with the launch of offices in both Cape Town and Johannesburg. The branches will offer media planning and buying, creative & production and consultancy services to regional firms seeking to leverage the mobile medium.
South Africa currently boasts 95% mobile penetration of which 18% are smartphones, representing the primary access point to the internet for many.
