In 2022, our primary focus has been on guiding clients through the substantial changes in user privacy introduced by Apple and Google, on combining data-driven performance strategies with ASO and on delivering faster campaign optimization through automated reporting.
Our constant thirst for testing new placements, channels and tools resulted in measurable growth for Southeast Asia’s leading brands driving a 37% increase in turnover for our agency. Our team grew by 41% and our commitment to making employees feel at home, no matter their ethnicity or background, led us to an 89% satisfaction rate.
We’re not like any other team, we’re really fun, diverse, caring and inclusive. We take good care of each other and understand that creating a pleasant work environment is a result of a collaborative effort.
Across our offices in Southeast Asia, we count 10 different nationalities and 60% are women. We give opportunities for individuals to create their best work experience, enable their growth through regular trainings, and drive change together through constant innovation.
