Objective

To align with Sleep Week, Headspace aimed to boost organic conversions by spotlighting its sleep content.

Challenge

Despite the app’s broad awareness, competition in the sleep and wellness category was intensifying. App stores were saturated with niche apps focusing exclusively on sleep sounds, sleep tracking, or meditation for sleep.

Our Approach

By leveraging Custom Store Listings (CSL) with sleep-related keywords and combining it with strategic visual optimization, the campaign sought to:

  • Increase visibility for high-intent searches
  • Boost acquisition among users specifically seeking sleep solutions
  • Maximize conversion through relevant, engaging store experiences

To achieve this, we:

  • Identified and prioritized high-performing sleep-related keywords via the developer console
  • Applied these keywords to CSLs for targeted reach
  • Designed a suite of new sleep-themed visuals (app icon, feature graphics, and screenshots)
  • Optimized title and short description for clarity
