What are we looking for?

We are looking for a team member with extensive experience tailored to PPC or Paid Social who is willing to grow their expertise across additional channels and client verticals, with a keen eye for detail. The ability to meet direct-response goals will be fundamental to the Senior Planner’s success. The Search & Social team interfaces with various teams within the agency and often with clients directly. By staying ahead of the curve with platforms’ ever-changing offerings and best practices, having an in-depth knowledge of clients’ business challenges, and adopting a rigorous test-and-learn mentality, the Search & Social team is responsible for delivering best-in-class campaigns and results for our clients.

 

What will you be responsible for?

The ideal candidate will be responsible for all aspects of managing paid search & social campaigns, delivering strong campaign strategies in line with our client’s goals, and presenting key findings and recommendations to internal and external stakeholders.

 

Responsibilities

  • Own strategy, in-platform setup, and optimization of PPC and Paid Social campaigns
  • Consistently adapt optimization strategies to meet the specific goals and KPIs of multiple clients across web and app experiences
  • Present reporting and performance insights that lead to gains against client business objectives
  • Align with Account teams to fully understand client needs
  • Work with the Creative team to provide input on ad copy and visuals, keeping in mind Paid Search and Social best practices across the various platforms

What are the requirements of the role?

  • Minimum of 3 – 4 years experience in Paid Search and/or Social management, with media agency and experience across both Search and Social channels preferred
  • At least 2 years managing direct response-oriented digital campaigns and meeting client objectives; Google Ads certification is a bonus
  • Experience with Paid Search campaigns driving App Installs (e.g. AC, Apple Search) preferred
  • Strong Excel skills, including frequent use of formulas, pivot tables, and lookup tables
  • Ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously and interact with multiple internal teams: account, strategy, creative, and growth

This is a new role reporting into the Marketing Manager, Demand Generation, and will be responsible for the day-to-day running of initial sales prospecting.

 

This role will be responsible for identifying companies for outreach, sending relevant and engaging communications, setting up meetings to undertake initial sales qualification, keeping the CRM up to date, and managing associated processes and automations. As the first SDR in the USA, you will work closely with the Marketing Manager and MD Americas to bring new qualified leads to the business. Attention to detail and experience using CRM and Sales prospecting software such as Salesforce or HubSpot is a must for this role. 

 

Our success is driven by our people, we’re a busy and enthusiastic but small team so having the ability to problem solve quickly, manage time effectively and work through new opportunities is essential. 

 

What will you be responsible for? 

  • Working with the Marketing Manager to identify new potential prospects and undertaking initial research to qualify them as targets  
  • Managing prospecting, (includes ABM prospecting) ie setting up automations, responding promptly, setting up initial qualifying calls 
  • Ensuring CRM data is accurate 
  • Managing processes, logistics, and messaging to prospects then reporting results

What are the requirements of the role? 

  • 1-2 years experience working within sales, preferably for a marketing/advertising/PR agency, ad tech, or mobile-first brand 
  • Passionate about sales and communications, while aware of CAN spam & GDPR regulation 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to ask questions, gather accurate information and understand the importance of timely responses and deadlines.  
  • Self-starter, with the ability to manage multiple tasks. Though part of a team, much of the work required will be done independently and at pace, so prioritizing and managing time effectively is vital
  • Experience in the mobile & performance marketing landscape preferred

What will you be responsible for?

  • Be on the front line as a key point of contact for clients for all day-to-day items, with support from your manager
  • Understand your clients marketing goals, target audience, and challenges
  • Ensure ongoing client satisfaction and actively contribute to the team’s goal of growing the account(s)
  • Contribute to the creation of strategy documents, media plans, post-campaign analyses, quarterly business reviews, and other client requested deliverables
  • Work closely with internal and external teams (creative, data, buying, search & social, etc.) to help form overall strategy, planning, and execution of campaigns for our clients
  • Brief partners well in advance of building media plans to allow time for vetting with your manager and rationalizing any that are selected for testing
  • Manage weekly status and document of outstanding items, both internally and externally to ensure smooth account running
  • Work with creative team to put together new briefs per month/quarter as required by the client, giving time for review and feedback

What are the requirements of the role?

  • A minimum of 2 years’ media planning experience across digital channels (including mobile) with an emphasis on client servicing and relationship management (media agency experience preferred)
  • A foundational understanding of digital strategy, how it’s devised and executed across display, search, social, mobile and ideally growing channels such as connected TV
  • Highly numerate, very comfortable with data analysis and how this feeds into performance planning
  • Good communication (both written and verbal), client facing and presentation skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Adept at juggling multiple projects, meeting deadlines and operating in a fast-paced environment
  • Team player and positive attitude
