We are looking for a bright, creative mind – someone with a love for creating cut-through marketing designs with a positive, proactive attitude and a willingness to learn and develop. This role is remote, reporting to the Senior PR & Marketing Manager, and will work closely with regional marketing leads across our offices in the US, EMEA and APAC.

The best candidate will be a motivated, enthusiastic individual who understands the digital media landscape and is excited about the prospect of driving brand awareness for a leading global digital media agency. You will be comfortable creating marketing design assets across multiple channels – Digital (social & website), Print, Awards, Video content for sales, awards, case studies; Events, Presentations & Documents.

WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR

  • Help with the creation of consistent, bold, highly engaging design assets for our agency brand, in line with our brand guidelines, including case studies, social media content, video development and execution, sales and awards, presentations, creds decks, website posts, print collateral for internal and external use, award entries, campaign design, and event material.
  • Act as a guardian for our brand; a go-to resource to turn to in using our branded assets (colours, fonts, logos, layouts) in client presentations and pitch decks.
  • Provide creative support on the production of industry reports.
  • Produce in-house photography and video projects (equipment provided) – from developing storyboards and structures, to recording/producing, and editing.
  • Global creative support for regional marketing leads; liasing with colleagues across our regions to support them as they deliver our brand to potential clients and partners.

WHAT ARE THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE ROLE

  • Strong knowledge of both static design and skills in motion design including editing, animation and graphics for video.
  • High level of skill in the Adobe Creative Suite mainly Photoshop / Illustrator / AfterEffects.
  • Knowledge of Adobe Animate. Experience with HTML5 (preferred).
  • Experience at a media agency (preferred).
  • Ability to work autonomously and integrate yourself in a fast-paced agency.
  • Proven creative passion and skills.
  • Proven experience working with a broad mix of marketing formats.
  • Strong research and organisational skills; proactive, professional and positive approach

What are we looking for?

  • Reporting into the Senior Manager of Programmatic the candidate will work closely with the programmatic team based in the Singapore office but will be fully responsible for supporting our global offices in driving programmatic growth in the region.
  • Day-to-day, the candidate will work alongside account teams to devise and implement programmatic strategies, provide insights and recommendations to improve campaign performance and make campaign changes as required. Help not only plan campaigns but activate/optimise campaigns on DSP platforms.
  • The candidate should expect to spend 80% of their time on campaign management and 20% contributing to campaign plans and client meetings/QBR support

What you will be responsible for?

  • Develop display programmatic strategies across web and app and derive insights regarding the performance of campaigns in terms of segments such as, but not limited to, audience cohorts, content clusters, and targeting groups
  • Assist account teams in packaging campaign reporting and insights in a client-friendly digestible manner.
  • Own campaign management, when necessary, including bid strategy, campaign trafficking, implementation, activation, and on-going optimisation. With weekly, monthly and QBR insights and always looking to educate and grow account.
  • Keep up to date with changes within the programmatic space and relay this in monthly updates within the programmatic team meetings.
  • Identify significant trends and areas of opportunity for campaign expansion. Work with account teams to recommend innovative ideas to clients.
  • Liaise with programmatic partners to help promote strong agency relationships, troubleshoot issues, and access new features.
  • Interact with client contacts, as needed, to discuss campaign performance and possible improvements as well as help upsell new initiatives to grow accounts.
  • Support with programmatic elements of new business pitches, including creating presentation decks and speaking to overarching strategies

What are the requirements of the Role?

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in programmatic digital media, preferably for a media agency and preferably with some level of mobile-media experience
  • Proficiency with multiple DSPs. DV360, The Trade Desk, and any other mobile specific DSPs is a plus
  • Experience working towards measurable direct-response metrics is a plus.
  • Experience managing campaigns driving towards app conversions is a plus.
  • Technical knowledge of ad servers, tracking, mobile measurement tool is another plus.
  • Ability to work autonomously and with team members in different locations.
  • Comfortable with excel and large data sets to make analytical/data based decisions.

Job Summary

M&C Saatchi Performance is seeking a highly motivated and talented Assistant Executive to join our Search and Social Team. As an Assistant Executive, you will play a critical role in developing and executing paid media strategies that drive client success. You will work closely with the Client Services team, and clients to understand their objectives and deliver campaigns that exceed expectations.

As an Assistant Executive in the Search and Social team at M&C Saatchi Performance, you will hold a pivotal role in our client servicing team. Reporting directly to the Search and Social Junior Manager, your responsibilities lie in campaign implementation and optimisation for our clients. You will assist the Junior Manager and our Campaign Ops Team in the end-to-end campaign delivery process, with support from specialist teams such as Planning, Data, and Insights where required. This is a hybrid role based in London, offering you a unique opportunity to make a substantial impact on our agency’s success in the digital marketing landscape.

 

Responsibilities

  • Support the Search and Social Junior Manager with planning of paid digital campaigns.
  • Help manage and execute campaigns throughout campaign life cycle including set up, creative management, pacing and delivery.
  • Set up campaigns across Social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok etc.) and Search (Google Ads, Apple Search, etc.).
  • Provide meaningful insights and analysis and recommend opportunities to improve campaigns.

Experience:
