Job Summary

M&C Saatchi Performance is seeking a highly motivated and talented Assistant Executive to join our Search and Social Team. As an Assistant Executive, you will play a critical role in developing and executing paid media strategies that drive client success. You will work closely with the Client Services team, and clients to understand their objectives and deliver campaigns that exceed expectations.

As an Assistant Executive in the Search and Social team at M&C Saatchi Performance, you will hold a pivotal role in our client servicing team. Reporting directly to the Search and Social Junior Manager, your responsibilities lie in campaign implementation and optimisation for our clients. You will assist the Junior Manager and our Campaign Ops Team in the end-to-end campaign delivery process, with support from specialist teams such as Planning, Data, and Insights where required. This is a hybrid role based in London, offering you a unique opportunity to make a substantial impact on our agency’s success in the digital marketing landscape.

Responsibilities

Support the Search and Social Junior Manager with planning of paid digital campaigns.
Help manage and execute campaigns throughout campaign life cycle including set up, creative management, pacing and delivery.
Set up campaigns across Social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok etc.) and Search (Google Ads, Apple Search, etc.).
Provide meaningful insights and analysis and recommend opportunities to improve campaigns.
Deliver results in line with client objectives and KPIs.
Analyse data to spot key trends and report them to key stakeholders.

Experience:

A love for data and an ability to analyse a vast amount of data with exceptional attention to detail.
You can think outside of the box to offer solutions to clients.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential. Comfortable using functions, pivot tables, and formulas within Excel.
Strong communication experience – The candidate should be capable of responding to client inquiries, addressing concerns, and building strong client relationships.
Experience working with clients and providing exceptional customer service is a benefit.
Experience in building campaigns in Search and Social platforms is considered a benefit.
Digital platform certifications a plus.

Requirements:

Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work autonomously and as part of a cohesive team to achieve and deliver against targets.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret campaign data, analyse performance metrics, and make data-driven decisions to optimise media strategies.
Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously is important in a fast-paced agency environment.
Understanding of digital marketing market trends and various media channels.
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships.
Comfortable working in a highly collaborative and fast-paced environment with strong organizational skills across a business.

Reporting Structure

You will report directly to the Search and Social Junior Manager, EMEA whilst working as a part of the EMEA Client Services team, lead by the Senior Director, Client Services.

Location:

This is a hybrid role based in London, offering flexibility to work both on-site and remotely.
