What will you be responsible for?

  • Build strong, sustainable relationships with partners.
  • Identify opportunities by continuously reviewing market landscape, identifying developing partnerships etc.
  • Support your line manager and the wider business with creative ideas and research for new business pitches when required.
  • Maintain a solid understanding of client’s business and their competitors to make recommendations to clients and planning teams which drive change.
  • Work with internal teams such as media planners to deliver innovative responses to briefs.
  • Educate and inform internal teams and clients on new and existing publisher deals/packages.
  • Filter packages and negotiate to get packages that fit the client needs.
  • Negotiate competitive rates and exceed client expectations and revenue growth.
  • Ability to multi-task and have excellent attention to detail in order to manage all partners.
  • Make sure that all suppliers are registered with the necessary legal documentation completed and signed.
  • Collaborate with the finance department to ensure prompt and timely payments to partners.
  • Stay informed about the important events in the market.

What are the requirements of the role?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in media partnerships or related field (Preferably in an agency ecosystem.)
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Proven ability to build and maintain successful relationships with digital publishers/suppliers.
  • Depth knowledge of digital ecosystem in India is a must. Primarily experience working with local digital publishers (short video, entertainment, news apps)
  • Having an understanding of collaborations between publishers, sponsorships on TV and radio, influencer marketing, DOOH (digital out-of-home advertising), product placement, and advertiser-supported content can be a strong advantage.

  • Candidate must be willing to relocate to Bangalore.
