Angkas is a motorcycle hailing platform in the Philippines that provides a timely and safe service for passengers and the delivery of packages and food.
Objective: Improve Google Play Store Rankings
With the majority of users in Philippines accessing apps through Android, Angkas’ objective was to grow its ranking in the Google Play Store to increase its organic installs.

Results
Thanks to our ASO strategy of 2 rounds of keyword optimisations and 1 A/B test, Angkas observed an increase in the number of ranked keywords and an increase in the rank position for some extremely valuable terms with high search volume.

Following the implementation of our recommended keyword set in month 1 and month 3, Angkas observed a month-on-month increase in the number of Top 50 keywords, and overall increased ranked keywords by 129%, which included:
- The number of keywords in rank position 1 increased by 250%
- The number of keywords in rank position 2-5 increased by 225%
- The number of keywords in rank position 6-10 increased by 60%
- The number of keywords in rank position 11-50 increased by 108%
