Job Summary

As an Account Director at M&C Saatchi Performance, you will take on a multifaceted role that combines your advanced-level experience in digital media agency operations, digital media buying, and planning with the exciting challenge of building our new office in the UAE. You will be a key driver of our growth in the region, shaping our presence and reputation while nurturing strategic client relationships.

  • Business Development:

    • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities and crafting compelling proposals.
    • Manage the sales pipeline, from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing
    • Deliver revenue growth by meeting or exceeding quarterly and annual revenue targets through effective lead conversion.
  • Office and Client Base Building:

    • Establish and nurture partnerships with local vendors and digital media outlets.
    • Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for building a strong and diverse client base in the Middle East.
    • Drive the establishment of our new office in the UAE, including talent recruitment, office setup, and market entry strategies.
  • Digital Media Planning & Buying:

    • Lead digital media planning and buying strategies for key clients
    • Collaborate with the global teams to develop innovative digital media plans that align with client goals.
  • Client Management:

    • Ultimately manage and nurture a growing portfolio of clients, understanding their business objectives, and delivering exceptional digital media performance results.
    • Cultivate relationships with clients through clear communication and innovative solutions.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:

    • Collaborate with our global teams to ensure the successful delivery of proposals and execution of advertising campaigns.
  • Team Leadership:

    • Lead recruitment efforts to build a high-performing team that will contribute to the success of the UAE office.
  • Reporting and Analytics:

    • Oversee data analysis and reporting to measure digital media campaign effectiveness, making data-driven recommendations for optimization on campaigns
    • Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities, revenue, and market insights to Leadership team.



  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in a digital media agency, with a focus on digital media buying, planning, and digital marketing.
  • Experience in business development
  • Fluent in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.

Reporting Structure

  • You will report directly to the Regional Director, EMEA based in London
  • You will manage a Media Executive who reports to this role that is based in Dubai



  • This is a hybrid role based in Dubai, offering flexibility to work both on-site and remotely.
