As a Strategy Executive/Senior Executive, you will be reporting to the Strategy Manager. You will learn the fundamentals of insighting and strategy development, and how they perform against business goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the strategy team with plan and insights development
  • Develop category, competitive, and audience reports, then translate these into learnings and recommendations to clients
  • Participate in team brainstorming sessions with internal and external partners to learn how to generate effective connections ideas
  • Monitor industry trends and their impact on consumers and businesses
  • Support new business pitches when required

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of administrative experience preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional organizational skills and ability to multitask
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work comfortably with all levels of seniority
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently, highly proactive, and is a self-starter
  • Intermediate to advanced computer proficiency, experienced with Microsoft Office Suite of products including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
