What are we looking for?

We are looking for a team member with extensive experience tailored to PPC or Paid Social who is willing to grow their expertise across additional channels and client verticals, with a keen eye for detail. The ability to meet direct-response goals will be fundamental to the Senior Planner’s success. The Search & Social team interfaces with various teams within the agency and often with clients directly. By staying ahead of the curve with platforms’ ever-changing offerings and best practices, having an in-depth knowledge of clients’ business challenges, and adopting a rigorous test-and-learn mentality, the Search & Social team is responsible for delivering best-in-class campaigns and results for our clients.


What will you be responsible for?

The ideal candidate will be responsible for all aspects of managing paid search & social campaigns, delivering strong campaign strategies in line with our client’s goals, and presenting key findings and recommendations to internal and external stakeholders.



  • Own strategy, in-platform setup, and optimization of PPC and Paid Social campaigns
  • Consistently adapt optimization strategies to meet the specific goals and KPIs of multiple clients across web and app experiences
  • Present reporting and performance insights that lead to gains against client business objectives
  • Align with Account teams to fully understand client needs
  • Work with the Creative team to provide input on ad copy and visuals, keeping in mind Paid Search and Social best practices across the various platforms
  • Grow client relationships as a daily point of contact and present to key stakeholders during quarterly business reviews

What are the requirements of the role?

  • Minimum of 3 – 4 years experience in Paid Search and/or Social management, with media agency and experience across both Search and Social channels preferred
  • At least 2 years managing direct response-oriented digital campaigns and meeting client objectives; Google Ads certification is a bonus
  • Experience with Paid Search campaigns driving App Installs (e.g. AC, Apple Search) preferred
  • Strong Excel skills, including frequent use of formulas, pivot tables, and lookup tables
  • Ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously and interact with multiple internal teams: account, strategy, creative, and growth
