This role is based in Soho, London with the option of both the office and remote working determined by you. We don’t mandate days in the office, and it will be down to you to decide the working set up that allows you to achieve your best work possible.


This is a permanent role on the Search and Social team, reporting into the Senior Manager.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a senior search and paid social manager who can lead a team, drive growth, handle multiple clients and projects, and is able to be the lead across accounts. In addition to this, you should have a keen eye for detail and be able to train junior members of the team.

What will you be responsible for?

  • Work with execs and manager to ensure platform best practice is being implemented across all accounts and we are delivering against KPIs.
  • Keep the team up to date with changes in the market and on platforms, encouraging platform champions to set up periodic training sessions, product and market updates.
  • Ensuring accounts are growing and scaling out to new opportunities.
  • Lead the relationship between the search and social team and other teams within the agency.
  • Assist junior members on client calls when needed, bringing to the table your expertise and point of view.
  • Oversee optimisation reports and ensure direct reports are driving best performance for accounts.
  • Build a testing framework/roadmap.
  • Analyse data to spot key trends and report them to key stakeholders.
  • Monitor data sources for new trends and business opportunities.
  • Develop strong relationships with media owners.
  • Champion one key area or platform and be the ‘go to’ person for that subject.
  • Support the team director with new business and account growth
  • Tracking knowledge across web (pixels, GTM etc.) and app (MMPs) – be able to advise clients what needs to be done.
  • Manage junior team members and guide their development.
  • Work with team members to ensure all members have SMART objectives and a progression plan.
  • Prioritise and monitor workload and tasks across the team, ensuing an even workload for everyone and redistributing resource where needed.
  • Ensure QA processes are followed and ensure high quality output.

What are the requirements of the role?

  • Intermediate/advanced Excel skills.
  • A love for data and an ability to analyse a vast amount of data with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Able to work independently but is also a team player.
  • In-depth knowledge across all social platforms and search, particularly app campaigns.
  • Able to inspire and lead a team and solidify a team identity.
  • Great management skills; able to manage a team effectively.
  • Help junior members increase their visibility across the agency.
  • Keeping wider up to date with the search and social environment by proactively sharing periodic newsletter style updates.
