We are looking for curious individuals who are keen to develop their knowledge across Social and Search advertising, who thrive in a fast-paced environment and can be both analytical and creative.

What you will be responsible for

  • Develop compelling performance & branding campaign solutions including consumer and category insights, strategy, channel recommendation.
  • Build trusted advisory relationship with client.
  • Lead and direct all team members to support in the development of channel plans and creative solutions that are planned holistically with the broader media mix.
  • Hands-on project management – collaborate with media owners, agency partners and internal specialist teams to ensure all deliverables are met/launched on time.
  • Support the team director with new businesses
  • Evolve use of measurement systems to provide greater insight into ROAS & LTV of media plans and ensure the team deliver on agreed KPIs

What are the requirements of the role

  • 4 to 5 years’ experience in Media, Consulting, Ad-Agency, Digital Agency, Client side, Marketing or Media owner capacity
  • Essential to have experience in Paid Search with proficient knowledge of Google SEM and SA360
  • A confident communicator, eloquent in communicating ideas to clients and agency partners.
  • Highly numerate and an ability to analyze results and derive insights from data
  • Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Singaporeans/PRs preferred
