Marketing Automation Lead

What we are looking for

  • Work closely with the Marketing and Sales Operations teams to build campaigns that drive demand generation using Hubspot.
  • Lead the overall HubSpot CRM program and strategy, understanding lead development workflows, business objectives, and platform capabilities to drive improved sales and marketing automation and pipeline visibility.
  • Serve as primary system administrator for our HubSpot CRM. Handle all basic day-to-day functions, including user account maintenance, configurations, permissions, and other routine tasks.
  • Creating and optimizing marketing email and landing page templates that drive sales leads and increase prospect and client engagement, create dynamic templates.
  • Create and improve workflows, custom fields, and data flow management processes to support each business unit.
  • Create and maintain Hubspot integration to website and other marketing technology.
  • Train users and facilitate end-user adoption, system administration, data integrity, and reporting for all sales and marketing enablement tools.

What are the requirements of the role?

  • ·Advanced understanding and knowledge of Hubspot
  • Fair understanding of marketing automation and demand generation concepts and ability to implement the same using Hubspot.
  • Attention to detail, deadlines, and the ability to prioritize and execute multiple tasks, simultaneously
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, teamwork, and future-thinking skills
  • Ability to dig in to understand user requirements and expectations, and deliver on them
