Responsibilities:

  • Train strategy and insights executives so their outputs are up to par with company’s standards
  • Develop insights that are actionable, goal-oriented, and provide a strong & relevant format for projects
  • Develop holistic strategy plans for key clients
  • Build trusted advisory relationship with account teams and key clients
  • Lead brainstorming sessions with internal and external partners to learn how to generate effective connections ideas
  • Monitor industry trends and their impact on consumers and businesses
  • Support new business pitches

Requirements:

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Powerpoint
  • Ability to manage research tools and methods independently
  • Ability to communicate concisely and clearly, both written and verbal
  • Possess an exceptional eye for detail
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of an integrated team
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines and show accountability for tasks assigned
  • Capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously
