This role is based in Soho, London with the option of both the office and remote working determined by you. We don’t mandate days in the office, and it will be down to you to decide the working set up that allows you to achieve your best work possible.


This is a permanent role on the Search and Social team, reporting into the Senior Manager.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a search and paid social account director who can drive growth, handle multiple clients and projects, and is able to be the lead across accounts. In addition to this, you should have a keen eye for detail and be able to train and manage the team. The ideal candidate will be curious and enthusiastic, with a passion for digital innovation, advertising, and technology. You should be a self-starter with a keen eye for detail.

What will you be responsible for?

Supporting the Head of Search & Social across a wide remit.


  • Lead campaign strategy across social platforms (Facebook, Snapchat, Instagram, etc.) and Search (Google Ads, Apple Search, etc.).
  • Define best practice and take ownership of a best in class output.
  • Act as a key strategic partner for our clients.
  • Develop the proposition in line with market influence and agency culture.
  • Create an enterprising environment for the team and lead by example.
  • Be proactive in the client relationships, extending from a clear understanding of the client business objectives.
  • Support the new business team in new client acquisition.
  • Identify and deliver revenue driving opportunities for both client and agency.
  • Line manage Junior Manager(s) and help guide their development.
  • Play a key role in office culture and the delivery of business growth.

What are the requirements of the role?

  • A minimum of 5 years digital media experience (agency experience preferred).
  • A love for data and an ability to analyse a vast amount of data with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Able to work independently but is also a team player.
