What are we looking for?

The Digital Media Manager is responsible for managing accounts at a senior level and

managing their teams to ensure the highest level of satisfaction from clients

This role reports to Senior Account Manager and Associate Director

Responsibilities

  • Working collaboratively with internal teams to successfully deliver digital media campaigns – teams include Search and Social, Programmatic, Reporting, Trading & Strategy
  • Own the client relationship, acting as the daily point of contact and growing the account
  • Manage a media team consisting of media planners & executives and manage their workload
  • Take ownership of multiple accounts, including leading media partner discussions, tracking, and internal documentation such as financial entries and billing.
  • Lead campaign-performance decisions based on client data
  • Hands on knowledge of Google and Facebook platform is a must
  • Hands-on project management – collaborate with media owners, agency partners and internal specialist teams to ensure all deliverables are met/launched on time

Requirements

  • 5+ years’ experience in Media, Consulting, Ad-Agency, Digital Agency, Client side, Marketing or Media owner capacity.
  • Proven track record of client management
  • Strong communication & presentation skills
  • Mastery of Excel and Powerpoint
  • Understanding of mobile tracking solutions & mobile marketing
  • Ability to analyse data with an eye for detail to identify client trends and opportunities
  • Working knowledge of digital buying and trading tech including ad-servers, verification tools and DSP/DMPs etc.
