Strong creatives are crucial to performance marketing, and we are looking for an individual capable of producing high quality digital outputs as well as help educate internal and external stakeholders about creative best practice.


As Art Director, you will be primarily working with our various account teams across the APAC region (including Singapore, Indonesia, Australia and India). In time, you will also be a support to our North American and European offices and will in turn receive support from these offices.


This role will be greatly focused on strategic concepting of creatives and managing quality control across our production resources. It will both be internally-focused in terms of creative project management, and externally-focused when clients and prospects require creative/design guidance. We’re looking for someone unafraid to share their passion for design with our highly engaged and dedicated people.


What you will be responsible for

  • Provide high quality design and creative concepting for our APAC clients
  • Manage local production team, QA digital formats
  • Participate in team brainstorming sessions with internal and external stakeholders to ensure creative best practice
  • Handle design requirements for internal marketing and business development teams (e.g. pitch documents, marketing materials)
  • Have the ability to build and lead a creative team
  • Available to work remotely for now, and on site in future


What are the requirements of the role?

  • 6+ years’ experience working in digital design
  • Proficient in major design platforms covering static, animated and video
  • Ability to communicate concisely and clearly, both written and verbal
  • Possess an exceptional eye for detail
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of an integrated team
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines and show accountability for tasks assigned
  • Capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously
