Ad Operations Executive

You will be working closely with the Ad Ops team in APAC & EMEA, who are involved in providing clients with insights into their campaigns, audience etc.

Role Purpose

The Ad Operations Team works to ensure the implementation and delivery of all digital advertising campaigns, while being highly efficient, and facilitating and delivering revenue. As an Ad Operations Executive, you will be responsible for the technical set-up, management, maintenance, and monitoring of campaigns, and be involved in campaigns right from the beginning planning stages. The successful candidate will have experience in campaign uploading, tracking, monitoring, reporting, optimisation, and analysis, and will have great attention to detail, communication skills, and the ability to prioritise their time.


What you will be responsible for

  • Set-up, management, and monitoring of placements, tags, and pixels across platforms.
  • Planning, management, and optimisation of campaigns across multiple platforms.
  • Support the team in querying trafficking requests that are unclear or incorrect, and presenting information effectively either via call, slack or email when asking or responding to queries.
  • Creation of reports and forecasting for clients and colleagues as required.
  • Lead by example and ensure all team members are operating professionally at all times.


What are the requirements of the role?

  •  Bachelor’s Degree
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in Ad Ops or trafficking experience in similar role
  • Understanding of bidding types – CPC/CMP etc
  • Platform experience: Campaign manger 360, Ads Manager, Google Ads etc
  • Strong problem solver and able to quickly identify potential issues and build workable solutions
  • Excellent knowledge of digital technology marketplace, for either agency, media owner or ad
    tech background.
  • Excellent written and verbal skills.
